How will my Scalp Micropigmentation treatment look when I start to go grey?

How does Scalp Micropigmentation look with grey hair?

This is a common question we get asked.
Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) is a lot more cost effective than a hair transplant and unlike a transplant (that can take up to 1 year to see results), SMP is instant.

But will treatment always look natural as I get older?  Read below to find out what you need to know.

Most men and women go grey between 35-50 or even earlier depending on their genetic make up. But going grey should not be a cause of concern when you think about treatment due to the grey undertone that all shaved heads have no matter what age or what colour your hair is.

If you do start to go grey after treatment this will not have any impact on your treatment or make your treatment appear less realistic.

When your treatment starts to fade (after 3-5 years) you can choose a lighter pigment for your top up session or alternatively you can decide to skip a top up session if you prefer the lighter faded shade.

Your treatment can age with you, which is another reason why Scalp Micropigmentation is the most cost effective solution for hair loss.
